Career Paths For Junior Trader/Trainees
FrontPeak Trading offers unique opportunities for traders who are just starting out. At FrontPeak Trading, you can learn to trade a variety of products listed on the New York Stock Exchange and you don’t need a starting capital.
Once accepted, you will undergo a structured training consisting of lectures, videos, and manuals. After the first one-month initial training period, you will be required to take an exam, which is similar to a Series 7 exam. Once you have successfully passed the exam, you qualify to become a Junior Trader at our Hedge Fund and your training will continue for another six months with intensive learning.
After this period, you will qualify to become a Mid-level Trader. You can get more independent and start trading your own ideas, under the guidance of your mentor.
The best Mid-Level traders will be promoted in the future and will become Senior Traders. The more you progress, the higher your trading limits and bonus scheme will become.
Once you become a Senior Trader you also will have the opportunity to become a mentor in the Academy.
